RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY OF WMK COLLECTION

If you need to return or exchange something, you have three days from the date of delivery to do so.

  • The item is soiled, discolored, defective, or missing parts.
  • The item(s) must be new and in its original packing, complete with all labels and protection markings.
  • The size of the goods that was delivered did not match the size that was requested.
  • For a return and full refund, products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Service department.
  • This only applies to goods shipped within Pakistan; for international orders, please contact our customer service team, and we will do all we can to assist you.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING A RETURN APPLICATION?

  • Please contact us at Info@wmkcollection.com or call us at 0331-6267463 with the reason for the return and the order number.
  • Please keep in mind that the cost of returning the products to us is your responsibility.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?

  • All returns will be processed within 5-7 working days after receipt.
  • Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed during peak periods.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON SIZE EXCHANGE?

  • If you are unhappy with the size you ordered and would want to get a new size, you may return it by contacting us through email or phone.
  • The item(s) must be new and in its original packing, complete with all labels and protection markings.

DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS?

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds; but, if we are unable to provide an exchange or other alternative, we may provide a refund.
  • Shipping and handling expenses will not be reimbursed in the case of a REFUND.
  • The minimum time it takes to complete a refund is 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method.
